KICKBACK had an audience and a following but was known primarily as a giveaway brand.
The challenge was expanding the identity to reflect the full depth of the community without alienating the people already in it.

Approach
We stripped things back to the roots.
New brand guidelines built around the culture KICKBACK already had, not a version of it. The new visual identity took its cue from the kickstarter knuckle, a small detail from vintage bikes that became the foundation for the whole look. Same brand. Same idea. New look and feel.

Delivery
Brand guidelines, a restructured social and digital strategy, and ongoing support across Shopify, Klaviyo, and paid social. The groundwork is done. We're still in the garage with them.
